Shipping policy

Shipping is done through USPS. Signature are required upon delivery no exception.

Shipping is processed after the fulfillment of the order is complete.

Orders are shipped 2-4 Business Days via priority mail after orders are processed. Processing can take up to 14 days depending on the demand or requested style. I'm a perfectionist I want to ensure everything is not only to mines but to your satisfaction.

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you received shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non- refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Pure You LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you did not receive your package. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Pure You LLC  does not hold or accept responsibility for package that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered, or any lost or stolen package.
